- Spread onion,tomatoes,grated carrot over it and press it lightly using a spatula.cook on a medium flame fir 3 mins.Pour 1 big spoon of batter over the vegetables. Spread it evenly to make a thin layer.Turnover,tap gently and cook on a medium flame for 3 mins.Spread 1 tsp oil over it.Finally turn and crisp it.Serve mini uttapam sandwich with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
