- Mix green chilli paste and salt,2sp oil to idli batter and mix it,add 1sp Eno and mix it
- Heat steamer, grease the mould and pour the idli batter and steam it for 5min.
- Add besan,sooji,hing,salt,sugar,lemon juice and make thick pouring consistency,add 2sp oil and mix it well,cover keep for 5,7min.
- Take out steamed idli batter spread green chutney all over,add 1sp Eno to besan batter and mix it pour this on it and steam it for another 5,7min.
- Cool the sandwich dhokla. For tadka heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds,slit green chilli and some til then add little water and 1sp sugar boil for few seconds.
- Pour tadka, coriander leaves on dhokla and cut in pieces and serve with chutney and ketchup.
