- FOR BATTER:
- 1cup Sooji
- 1/2 cup Curd/Dahi
- 1tsp Salt
- 1/2tsp Baking Soda
- FOR POTATO STUFFING:
- 1tblsp Oil
- 1/2tsp Jeera
- 4,5 Curry leaves
- Green Chilli
- 4 Boiled potatoes
- to taste Salt
- 1/2tsp Red chilli powder
Steps to make Sandwich (Without Bread)
- Mix sooji and dahi together.Add 1/2 cup water, mix it.Cover and keep it for 10 to 15 min.



- STUFFING: Heat pan,add oil in it.Add jeera in it,add curry leaves, chopped green chilli,add boiled and mashed potatoes. Also add salt,red chilli powder,mix nicely and on medium flame cook it for 1 min. Stuffing is ready,gas off,now keep it for cooling.After cooling make tikkies out of it.


- Now we will check our sooji batter,it is ready add half cup water,salt and soda in it.The batter should be of thick consistency.

- Heat oil in a pan and pour one ladle of batter in it.Keep aloo tikki on it,medium flame.On top of tikki pour some batter to cover the tikki.Then cover and cook for 2, 3 minutes. Open lid tilt the pan little and flip it. If you need you can sprinkle some oil from sides,cover and cook again for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes both sides are cooked. Take out in plate and cut the sandwich into two halves.Serve it with sauce or chutney.
