  1. In a mixing bowl addJulienne cut cabbage and carrot.
  2. In it add mayonnaise, ketchup, siracha sauce, salt to taste and peri peri seasoning. You can change the qty of peri peri seasoning according to your taste.
  3. Mix everything well.
  4. Thinly slice onion, tomato and capsicum.
  5. Take 2 pcs of bread and apply butter on both the sides. Apply green chutney on one piece and ketchup on another.
  6. Now spread the peri peri mix on ketchup applied piece.
  7. Then put some boiled sliced potatoes and sprinkle some peri peri or sandwich masala.
  8. Over it spread onion tomato and capsicum and again sprinkle some masala.
  9. Put a cheese slice. Optional.
  10. If you dont have green chutney ready you can use red aur green chilli sauce instead.
  11. Grill the sandwoch on griller.
  12. Tada sanwich is ready.
  13. You can grill this on tawa too.
  14. Pro tip: Peri Peri Masala is star ingredient of the dish so choose properly which masala you are using.
