- As Per Taste Salt
- 1 pinch termeric powder
- For tempering
- 1 teaspoon ghee / oil
- 1 teaspoon dry coriender powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon red chilly powder
- For Sandwich
- 4 bread slices (brown / white)
- 1 boiled potato
- 1 boiled beetroot
- 1 cucumber
- 3-4 tablespoons green chutney
- 2 teaspoon tometo kechup / tamerrind chutney
- As per taste Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilly powder
- For serving
- Some boiled beetroot chunks
- As Per Required Nylon sev
- Some chopped green coriander leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilly powder
Instructions to make Moong Dal Sandwich
- To cook dal
Clean wash and soak moong dal for 30min. in water. Presser cooks with salt and turmeric powder and cooks for 2 whistles. Keep on low flame for 5 min. - Once done switch off the flame. Let pressure release automatically. Open lid and whisk dal keep medium thick. Temer dal with ghee dry coriander powder red chilly powder garam masala powder pour it over dal and simmer for a few minutes

- Get ready with all ingredients.
Prepare salad veggies. Peeled chopped all veggies sprinkle salt red chilly powder chat masala mix well

- Assemble Sandwich -
Take bread slices and apply butter toast on tawa both sides..Now add veggies on 1 slice press lightly sprinkle chat masala red chilly powder


- Put on another slice then apply green chutney tamarind chutney /tometo ketchup



- Now pour cooked moong dal add beetroot chunks onion chutneys sev. Serve immigettly.



- Yourr easy tasty dal sandwich ready to eat.
