- First prepare onion chutney.. in mixer jar add groundnut, chopped green chillies, garlic, chopped onion,grated coconut grind to smooth paste. Add chopped fresh coriander leaves, sugar,salt and lemon juice, again grind to smooth chutney. Remove it bowl keep aside. Mix tomato ketchup and red chilli sauce together. Keep ready all required ingredients for making sandwich.



- Take 2 bread slices. Apply butter on both sides. On one buttered bread slice apply onion chutney. On it place 4 thinely slices of boiled potatoes, on it sprinkle salt and pepper.


- On it keep one cheese slice and spread 2 tbsp tomato-red chilli sauce. Place boiled potatoes slices as shown. Sprinkle salt- pepper on it. Apply onion chutney on other butter slice and place on it.



- Place this prepared stuffed sandwich in grill sandwich maker. Grill till golden brown.
